In 1998, Control Room 2 was completed at the renowned sound engineering school in Detmold as a room for classical music production at the highest level. Almost 25 years later, the renovation took place and the reference room was adapted to modern production conditions - not just for immersive audio. Despite high demands on many transmission paths, an acoustically lively listening environment that is suitable for classical music and defines standards was achieved.
