In addition to providing consulting services, we happily handle the project management for your construction project. Think of us as your construction department!

We develop schedules, cost estimates, specify requirements, and hold regular planning and construction meetings. You will always be kept up to date through meeting minutes and reports—so you can make upcoming decisions with confidence.

We continuously monitor and manage costs, deadlines, quality, and quantities, and implement corrective measures as needed. In addition, we manage change and supplement requests, evaluating them for their impact on the project and future use. Upon completion of your project, we provide support with for approvals, implementation and project documentation.
